Vollardian was engaged to evaluate business operations and conduct a four-week Sales Diagnostic. The project involved a deep-dive analysis across all functions to identify and model areas of optimisation.
Key diagnostic steps included:
Data & Tech Audit: Audited the tech stack (Zoho, Power BI, website, etc.), mapped processes across key functions, and assessed tech usage/functionality gaps.
Team & Process Analysis: Conducted 1:1 interviews with every team member, ran financial analysis , and performed time-in-motion studies for key roles. They also ran a Vision, Mission, Values workshop and analysed team roles and task clarity.
Strategy & Planning: Identified 19 initiatives to drive improvements, modelled the time, cost, and ROI impacts , and delivered a 3-6 month implementation action plan. The solution also included mapping 'As Is' and 'To Be' Inbound & Outbound Supply Chain Process Maps.
